IBM Planning Analytics meeting in Harpa

About 100 attendees attended our Planning Analytics meeting in Harpa on April 23. During the meeting, IBM presented innovations in Planning Analytics and Business Analytics and provided insight into Cognos Analytics and Content Hub. We had customers present their solutions and experience with the system. The Financial Management Authority told us how the government does annual budgeting in AKRA, the government-funded planning system. Icelandair gave us insight into the group’s operational forecast and financial consolidation, and the Marine Research Institute reviewed digital procedures and automation for project planning and projections.
