Arna Ómarsdóttir
Arna consults in the field of operational improvement. She has specialized in quality and safety issues and focused on simplifying processes, increasing overview and using data to support the core activities of companies and institutions. She has a BA in Media and Public Relations and a Master in Business Administration and previously worked as a safety and quality manager at Flugfélag Íslands and most recently at the Icelandic Coast Guard. Arngrímur is a consultant in the field of business intelligence and data, with extensive experience in building data models, including in Planning Analytics. Hallbjörn Ægir Björnsson
Hallbjörn has worked on numerous projects in the fields of planning, accounting, process analysis, product management, value management and general business consulting. He has managed the installation of solutions from Cognos (IBM) in the field of financial planning and consolidation for Actavis, Össur, Icelandic Group, Marel, Landsbankinn, etc. Hallbjörn has worked on the development and installation of various solutions in Planning Analytics, Excel, Access and other tools. Ingvi Þór Elliðason
Ingvi is Intenta's manager and consultant. He has a lot of experience in consulting in various fields and has consulted and led projects in the field of operations, management and finance for many of the largest companies in the country. He became a partner at KPMG in 1999 and later at KPMG Consulting and was managing director of Capacent's consulting division from January 2007 and director of Capacent from November 2008 to April 2014. Sigurður Hjalti Kristjánsson
Sigurður is a consultant in strategic planning, change and digital development at Intenta. He has 20+ years of consulting and management experience for many of the country's largest companies and institutions. He has a lot of experience in leading changes where many stakeholders are involved in projects. He has temporarily managed one of the largest IT departments in the country and has 3 years of management experience in the financial sector.
